The pre-screen assessment aims to evaluate culture addition, communication, skill set alignment, experience relevance, and potential level. We collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop early interview questions tailored to the role, identifying strong candidates. After interviews, we discuss with Hiring Managers any questions or concerns about advancing candidates.
Step 2
Assessment
The assessment evaluates the breadth of knowledge, identifying strengths and weaknesses and determining if weaknesses are problematic gaps or simply areas needing improvement. It flags areas for deeper exploration in follow-up interviews, ensures the candidate meets minimum technical requirements, and assesses overall culture addition. Collaboration involves reviewing pre-screen notes, asking clarifying questions, and capturing detailed notes for the next interviewer to address any concerns.
Step 3
Deep Dive
The deep dive focuses into areas flagged during the skills assessment, evaluate fit with project and team needs, assess higher-level thinking and adaptability for future projects, and ensure candidates will represent R&P well to clients. It also evaluates behavioral traits such as being dogmatic, inquisitive, a self-starter, and capable of leading and following.
